Alternative Payment Application

This application is only for vendors who are unable to accept credit card payments or digital payment links, and wish to receive payment by one of the following methods:

• PayPal

• Physical check

• Electronic check (e-check)

  
  

If you can accept credit card payments, there is no need to complete this form. If you require an alternative payment method, please complete the application below so we can review your information and determine your eligibility as an approved alternative payment vendor.

If, during our review, we determine that you are able to accept credit card payments through your website or payment platform, your Alternative Payment Vendor Application will be withdrawn, and future payments will be processed by credit card through our standard payment process..

Important Payment Information

This application requires a W-9 for vendors who will receive payment by physical check or eCheck. Federal regulations require Braintree Academy to collect tax documentation before issuing qualifying payments.

You may:

• Upload a completed W-9 to our secure Dropbox folder before completing this application.

• Download and complete a blank W-9 form and upload it after submitting this application.

• Submit your application first and provide any requested tax documentation during the review process.
